Our commitment to Operational Excellence is primarily focused on embedding a Safety Culture and prioritising Process Safety to ensure no harm to people, environment or assets. It also includes our commitment to Zero Flaring and continuous energy efficiency improvements.
Efficiency is a key element in our operations. This strategic theme involves implementing structural cost reduction initiatives & replication, unlocking value through contracting & procurement, and challenging conventional standards & specifications.
The community is at the heart of our business. This strategic theme involves integrating ICV further into our business processes, and ensuring CSR investments in education, training, civic infrastructure and social welfare remains key aspects of stakeholder engagement.
